Battlefield: Bad Company 2 UK Sales Dominated By Xbox 360
Chart Track have revealed that the Xbox 360 version of Battlefield: Bad Company 2 has accounted for 53 percent of all sales of the title in the UK. The PlayStation 3 was the second biggest, with 31 percent coming on that platform, while the PC contributed 16 percent.
As well as being a bit coup for Xbox 360, combined, the sales of Battlefield: Bad Company 2 make it the fastest selling game in the UK in 2010. It actually outsold the original title by a ratio of 3:1.
It's been a great year for gaming so far, with plenty of high profile releases already. It looks set to continue too, with Final Fantasy XIII released today and God of War 3 out shortly.
