Capcom Has Lofty Expectations For Lost Planet 2
Lost Planet actually did really well when it was released on the Xbox 360 almost three years ago, selling over 2 million units. However, according to Capcom's latest financial report, they hope to totally eclipse that figure.
Granted, the game will be releasing on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 simultaneously this time which will get the title more exposure, but Capcom are expecting the game to sell 3.7 million copies in the second half of the 2010 Fiscal Year. It seems very optimistic.
It's currently due for release on February 23rd, 2010 in North America, which means a European release will probably be there or there-abouts.
