C&C4 Officially Named: Tiberian Twilight

EA Los Angeles has officially announced the full name for the fourth entry in the long-running Command & Conquer franchise: Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight. EA allowed the fans to submit their ideas for the game's name on the game's official website, which received over 15,000 submissions. Out of all the choices, Tiberian Twilight was the most popular.
Tiberian Twilight is the final conclusion to the game's 15-year saga, including new additions such as mobile bases, persistent player progression, a 3-class system and an objective-based 5v5 multiplayer, alongside the classic gameplay the series is known for.
Mike Glosecki, Lead Producer on Command & Conquer 4 at EA Los Angeles, had to to say about the title:
Our sophisticated fans are a tremendous community with a great love for the series. We really wanted to involve them in Command & Conquer 4 - what better way than to have them create the title?
We were blown away by all the creative names they came up with but the most popular selection, Tiberian Twilight, seemed the best fit, embodying that the saga is coming to a powerful and epic conclusion.
Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight is set to be released on the PC sometime in 2010.
