Demon's Souls Servers Won't Be Online Till Oct. 6th

Have an early copy of Demon's Souls, the first PlayStation 3 game from Atlus, and wondering why you can't play the game online? Atlus has something they want you to know.

Described by critics as one of the hardest games they've ever played, Demon's Souls is not a game for the light hearted. It requires a lot of skill, and a lot of patience. However, for those willing to invest time, the game is exceedingly rewarding.

Due to the immense attention the game has received leading up to its release, Atlus will be waiting until the actual release date, October 6th, 2009, to start up the online servers.

So for those who acquire the game early, be noted that you will receive an error message when you start up the game and will have to play the game offline until October 6th.
