Duck Tales Remastered Trailer Shown Of At PAX East

Capcom announced DuckTales Remastered today at PAX East. DuckTales Remastered is an HD remaster of the 1989 DuckTales for the NES. WayForward will be developing the game, all of the sprites will be hand-drawn and placed into a 3D world, veteran Disney voice-actors will lend a hand, and the game’s 8-bit soundtrack is going to be remastered by Jake Kaufman of WayForward. Truly this is sounding like it will be a very promising HD remaster.

Rey Jimenez from Capcom has this to say about DuckTales Remastered: 'We’re literally pouring our heart and soul into this title. It’s going to play just like you remember.'

For now check out the trailer below and be sure to sing along! Nostalgia is insured. DuckTales Remastered will be releasing on XBLA, PSN, and on the Wii U eShop this summer for about $15.
