E3 2011 Awards: Worst Demonstration

Alright, so Best Presser has been awarded to Ubisoft and whilst we're still on the topic of presentations, let's talk about the worst demo of the show. We've had a few nominations for this category and you won't be surprised that a number of them include certain motion control games. Despite this, you will be surprised with our "winner" for the Worst Demonstration Award.
The GamingUnion.net E3 2011 Awards were decided by the five members that attended the show. Each person voted for their first, second and third pick and the votes were then tallied up. Therefore, it's a decision felt by the majority and not an individual.
Worst Demonstration Award Winner: Resistance 3
The Resistance 3 playable demo on the showfloor itself wasn't bad. In fact, a number of us here are huge Resistance fans. The problem with the demo Insomniac showed during Sony's presser was that it wasn't a demo about Resistance 3, it was a demo about the PlayStation Move/Sharpshooter bundle and a demo about the new $499 3DTV. They showed the game for a few seconds and that was it. Not only that, whoever was presenting it didn't exactly do the best job of presenting the game. Had Insomniac actually showed Resistance 3 the game, and not the bundle or merchandise, this award would've easily gone to that one odd Disneyland Kinect presentation.
Worst Demonstration Nominees:
- Disneyland Kinect
- Fable: The Journey
- Modern Warfare 3
- ModNation Racers Vita
- Resistance 3
- Ruin
- Star Wars Kinect
