Final Fantasy XIV Back Up Later This Week
Square Enix has announced that servers for both Final Fantasy XI and Final Fantasy XIV will be back up by the end of this week. They were taken down to conserve power following the severe earthquakes that rocked the country earlier this month.
On the official website, Square Enix stated that they would be up on the 25th of March, but also said "Please be aware, however, that we may once again be required to suspend services in the event that the power situation worsens."
Because of the downtime, Square Enix also stated that players of Final Fantasy XI would not be charged during the April billing cycle.
