GOTY 2011: Best Xbox 360 Game Award
Our next home console following on from the Nintendo Wii is Microsoft's Xbox 360, which has had a fantastic year by its own standards.
Despite having a relatively weak first-party offering this year, Microsoft has managed to post bumper sales thanks to solid third-party games and its Kinect peripheral. Here are our picks for the Xbox 360 in 2011:

After picking up the award for Best PC Game of 2011, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has also been voted as 2011's Best Xbox 360 game by the GamingUnion.net editorial staff. It was a pretty comprehensive decision too, so congrats to Bethesda.
