GOTY 2012: Best PS3 Game Award
Moving on from the "Best Xbox 360 Game", we're now going to take a look at the other major home console, the PlayStation 3.
Taking a break from things a little, Sony toned down their first-party releases this year. However, they still had a few games to compete with the third-party big guns. Here are our nominations:
- Mass Effect 3
- PlayStation All-Stars
- Assassin's Creed 3
- Sleeping Dogs
- Journey
- Borderlands 2
- Far Cry 3
- XCOM: Enemy Unknown
- Dishonored
- Tekken Tag Tournament 2
And the Best PS3 Game of 2012 is..... Journey!
Not content with just winning our "Best New IP" award, Journey has also been awarded our "Best PlayStation 3 Game" award, an amazing achievement for Thatgamecompany. This truly has been a wonderful year for the independent developer.
