Heavenly Sword Developer Partners With Namco Bandai
During Namco Bandai's recent press conference at GamesCom today, it was revealed Ninja Theory, the developers behind Heavenly Sword on the PlayStation 3, are working on a yet-to-be-named title for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
No word was given on the name or details about Ninja Theory's next game. Their next title going multi-platform had been revealed earlier, but until today, it was unknown who the publisher would be.
It's not clear if this is the start of a larger publishing deal for the two companies, since Namco Bandai has only confirmed that the deal extends to this game only. Although this move seems to tie into Namco Bandai's attempt to gain more ground in the western market, so Ninja Theory could have more publishing deals if this game does well at retail.
