League Of Legends To Be Heavily Supported After Launch

League of Legends: Clash of Fates is a free online game based off of Dota Allstars. Being free, the developers could be forgiven for not being overly supportive of the product after it launches, but Riot Games couldn't disagree more.

Speaking with Shawn Carnes, Lead Creative Designer, and Steve Mescon, Director of Community, at GamesCom 2009, they outlined their plans for the future of League of Legends,

SM: We'll continue to add characters regularly there will be a lot of characters. As time goes on we'll add more and more.

SC: We're going to be introducing new game types too.

League of Legends definitely looks like it will be a game that rewards its community and when it comes out on the PC later this year, players can experience that for themselves.
