Let's Play Again: The Aquatic Games
Everyone knows James Bond, but I'm willing to guess that not anywhere near as many people know who James Pond is. Well, for those who don't, he's a parody of James Bond that appeared on the Sega Mega Drive.
Given that James Pond is about a fish, it's only natural that he appears in a sports game called The Aquatic Games. But this makes it a parody of a parody, as The Aquatic Games completely rips off Konami's popular Track and Field.
It's not the best of games though, as the events don't really inspire all that much. And as you can see from the video, it gets rather boring, rather quickly:
