LightBox President Confirms Starhawk Beta
In response to the many questions and comments posed on the PlayStation Blog regarding Starhawk, LightBox president Dylan Jobes has confirmed that there will be a beta for the upcoming epic, although he can't go into details at the moment.
"Can't talk about the BETA just yet but I assure you we are all excited to get people playing the game!" he said to one reader, while replying to another: "There will be a BETA but we just can't talk any specifics right now – stay tuned to the blog for more info!"
The game was just announced last week with images of the game leaking hours before the official reveal. Starhawk features a key new concept called Build & Battle, a system that lets players place towers, bunkers, turrets and more, all in real-time.
Starhawk is set for a 2012 release exclusively on the PS3.
