Modern Warfare 2 Continues Its UK Sales Dominance

Activision's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 continues to sit pretty at the top of the UK video game sales charts, which are compiled by Chart Track. It's also quite difficult to see anything knocking it off its perch any time soon.

Assassin's Creed II maintained its new 3rd position, with Wii Sports Resort climbing up to 2nd, as it and Wii Fit Plus helped to push FIFA 10 down to 5th. New Super Mario Bros Wii, however, continued to fall and is now in 6th.

Nintendo's new Zelda game, Spirit Tracks, which appears on the DS, couldn't even enter into the top 10 in its first week.
