GameStop have recently announced that Modern Warfare 2 is its most pre-ordered title in the company's history, which is a rather impressive feat.
As of today, the number of pre-order reservations we've taken for the game is the highest for any title we've ever sold in our 6,200 store network.
Rumours are that Modern Warfare 2 will actually break Halo 3's launch record, and with news like this, it's looking likely.
