Monster Hunter Tri To Support Wii Speak

Capcom has confirmed that Monster Hunter Tri will support Wii Speak. The title, which will be released in North America and Europe this Spring, has garnered critical acclaim and has a huge following in Japan, creating it's own sub-culture.

Monster Hunter Tri is the latest game in the Monster Hunter series, which has players create their own character and hunt down monsters. While players can do this alone, the game is built for players to join up in teams. New to this game is underwater levels and marine-based monsters, which bring a new facet of gameplay to an already expansive game.

Capcom will be using Wii Speak to allow players to talk with one another during battles, congratulate one another, and discuss battle tactics. As we reported earlier, Monster Hunter Tri will also be bundeled with the black version of the Classic Controller Pro, which up till now was Japan-exclusive. Monster Hunter Tri will be released this April in North America and Europe.

GamingUnion.net are currently giving away a Nintendo Wii, along with Sky Crawlers and Ghost in the Shell on Blu-Ray. Visit the competition page to find out how you can win.
