Namco: PlayStation Move Made New Guncon Pointless
Namco Bandai are known for supporting their Time Crisis franchise with the Guncon peripheral, a peripheral that's seen many different iterations throughout the years.
However, while there were plans to create a new wireless Guncon for Time Crisis: Razing Storm, those plans were shelved when the developers heard about PlayStation Move.
Speaking to GamingUnion.net at GamesCom, Time Crisis: Razing Storm producer Norihiro Nishimura said "We thought about making a new, wireless one. We didn't make it because Move was released at the same time. It was pointless to make something that can only be played with one of the games while Move can be played with all of them."
