Polyphony May Add Bikes To Gran Turismo 5 If Demand Is High
Polyphony Digital's hard at work on Gran Turismo 5. The game was recently delayed to later this year in order to iron out some issues. It's been a long time coming and while we continue the perpetual wait, Polyphony have revealed a little tidbit: bikes.
Gran Turismo 5 contains well over 800 cars but Polyphony have expressed interest in bringing the two-wheeled motor vehicles to the game. The level design in Gran Turismo 5 currently allows players to ride motorbikes.
"The environment we have right now allows us to drive motorcycles, but we need to get Gran Turismo 5 done first," big boss Kazunori Yamauchi said in the latest issue of PSM3. "Once that's out of the way, if there's a strong demand for bikes, that's something we'd consider."
