Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask First Details
Level 5 has just announced the first details for the newest Professor Layton game, Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask. This is the fifth game in the series in Japan, which is three games ahead of North America and Europe.
Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask will feature an overhaul of the system used in the previous games. The "miracle mask" that is mentioned in the title is related to the mask worn by the evil guy, Death Call, in Professor Layton and the Devil's Flute.
The artwork featured in the Famitsu reveal shows that the game will be set in a carnival. Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask will be released in Japan in Fall 2010. No word on the localization of the third or fourth games in the series have been mentioned as of yet.
