Project Needlemouse To Focus Purely On Sonic
SEGA announced Project Needlemouse in September last year and exclaimed that it would be a 2D Sonic, that would take the franchise back to its roots. It appears they weren't joking either, if their recent news about the project is any indication.
What started off as a list of potential playable characters to feature in the game ended up with just one name, Sonic, and it's definitely a move that will give gamers hope.
Recent games in the Sonic franchise haven't been overly well received, with some gamers loving them and others hating them. Hopefully Project Needlemouse will unite them all in a positive sense.
