PS3 Firmware 3.42 Prevents PSJailbreak
Sony have released a new firmware update for the PS3 which they hope will combat the PSJailbreak hack that's been running rampant the last few weeks.
Update 3.42, which has been described as a "minor" update by Sony, includes some security fixes. And it has been confirmed that the PSJailbreak hack no longer works.
However, it appears as though hackers are going to attempt to reverse engineer future firmware updates, and others are just sticking with 3.41.
