PSP Firmware (v6.10) Coming Soon
Sony has just announced that PSP Firmware Update v6.10 will be available for download in preparation for the release of the PSPgo in North America tomorrow, October 1st.
This system update update comes along with an update to Sony's MediaGo software, which allows users to easily move music, videos, etc. from their PSP to their computer and access the PlayStation Network without a PSP or PS3.
This includes a new feature on the PSP which evaluates songs put on your PSP via MediaGo and separates them into different categories automatically. A new look for the PlayStation Store is also included on both the MediaGo and the PSP.
Finally, for PSPgo owners, you can use a mobile bluetooth device, such as a mobile phone, to connect your PSPgo to the internet. This feature is only for PSPgo owners since that system includes the hardware, which is absent on earlier models.
