Red Steel 2 Trailer...Impressive? Sure is.

The trailer for the upcoming Red Steel 2 has surfaced onto the internet and although the cell-shaded visuals look rather impressive, will this game turn out to be another mediocre title as its predecessor, or will it actually provide the functionality that it stated and follow the trailers graphical aspect closely?
Let us hope for the best.
As the trailer progresses we are introduced to the similar concept of most Nintendo game trailers, a mix between game cut-scenes and clips of a person playing the game. While the cut-scene's visuals look really good, this can prove to be a bad thing considering the past of the first Red Steel game. From the desert-like ruins of a Japanese city, to the dark and mysterious, Clint Eastwood-esque protagonist, things are looking way too nice and precise that it almost feels improbable that in-game visuals will look this good or anywhere close to it. In addition to the new visual style of the game, the Wii motion plus technology has joined into the equation of Red Steel 2. With 1:1 action response minus the actual feel of clashing swords, this may turn out to be Nintendo's response to the lack of games for the hardcore gamer audience.
The game is said to be released during the holidays of this year, though a specific release date is yet unknown.
