Sony 'Looking Into' Subscription Based PSN Services
Sony announced today that they're looking to try and make the PlayStation Network much more profitable. Currently the main service is free, and it's one of the advantages it has over its competitor Xbox Live.
However, they have announced that they will be looking at Subscription based models for PSN and while some might think that Sony will start charging to use PSN in the future, it's quite unlikely. It's more likely that some new 'premium' features will come along, or that Sony will try to use more leverage on their MMOs, though Sony Online Entertainment.
Don't rule anything out though, as things might even stay the same. Sony will probably announce something more concrete when they've gauged the reaction to this announcement.
