Star Wars: TFU Ignoring Return of the Jedi... For Now

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed Ultimate Sith Edition is due out this holiday season and will feature new content, which is non-canonical. The first episode will look at how the first Star Wars film, A New Hope, was affected by the death of Darth Vader, whereas the second episode will look at events in the Empire Strikes Back.

What about the addition of Return of the Jedi? At the moment, LucasArts are remaining relatively tight lipped on the subject. Cameron Suey, Assistant Producer on the title, had the following to say at GamesCom,

That's not something that we are willing to make a comment on at this moment in time.

This statement effectively confirms that they are thinking about it though. Perhaps it will be added as downloadable content further down the line?

GamingUnion.net are currently giving away a Nintendo Wii, along with Sky Crawlers and Ghost in the Shell on Blu-Ray. Visit the competition page to find out how you can win.

\"The first episode will look at how the first Star Wars film, A New Hope, was affected by the death of Darth Vader\" ????? Since when did Darth Vader die in or before A New Hope!? I think you\'ll find he dies in Jedi! As long as the Trophy update is for TFU and not just the Sith update i\'ll be happy!

I am sure you feel kinda silly for your comment right now, cause it sounds like you never played The Force Unleashed. Or you would have known that only the non-cannon ending of the game (where Darth Vader Dies) can possible be continued. Star Wars TFU: Cannon Ending: Starkiller is killed by the emperor, in effect giving his life for the start of the rebellion Non-Cannon Ending: Starkiller kills Darth Vader becoming the Emperor\'s Sith Assassin

It doesn\'t just sound like I haven\'t played the game! I haven\'t! (Was waiting for a trophy pack!) And since when does star wars have multiverses??? (Yes I know its just a game but the only way to explain Darth Vader being dead BEFORE Jedi is a different Star Wars (Not very Lucas!) universe! And im sure sliders didn\'t cover other planets!?)
