Star Wars: The Old Republic May Be Delayed To 2012
Bad news for Star Wars fans, as EA has stated that there's a chance that Star Wars: The Old Republic might not even release this calendar year.
Despite this, present of the EA Games label, Frank Gibeau, stated that he "fully anticipates" that The Old Republic will release in the second or third quarter of the fiscal year (Q3/Q4 of this calendar year). Worst comes to worst, it will come out no later than March 2012 though.
The news comes after it was revealed that Mass Effect 3 would also be releasing in 2012. That game, also from BioWare, was planned to release at the end of this year.
