Taito Bringing Darius Burst Exclusively To PSP
The PlayStation Portable had a new title announced by Taito in the latest edition of Famitsu magazine. Taito are going to be making a new Darius game called Darius Burst.
Darius is a 2D side scrolling shooter, quite a popular genre back in the day. Taito are hoping to rejuvenate the title, which originally appeared on the PlayStation One some 12 years ago.
Darius Burst will feature 11 levels with multiple paths to 4 versions of the final stage. After the initial stage players will be able to split off 2 separate routes every level. Leading to quite a unique playing experience each time. As of yet there is no definitive release date, so expect to hear more news as Taito reach the later stages of development.
