Ubisoft: Desmond Does Have Lady Ancestors
As Assassin's Creed moves into its fourth console title and the end of Ezio's tale, fans have already been speculating who will be the next assassin in the series and more specifically what gender the assassin will be.
Lead Scriptwriter, Falco Poiker admits "The courtesan in multiplayer is the most popular multiplayer character so I have faith that people would respond well." However, this is not to say that this will be the case in the title after Revelations. Falco Poiker, senior level designer, jokes "Desmond does have lady ancestors!"
So perhaps lady ancestors aren't all that impossible, but for now Ezio will do.
