UK Charts: Batman: Arkham City Defeats The Competition
The Dark Knight is on top again as Batman: Arkham City has burst onto the scene in the UK video games sales charts this week. It dethroned Forza 4, which has now slipped to 4th.
FIFA 12 maintained its position in second, while another sports-related release, Football Manager 2012, managed to debut in third position.
Other new entries this week were The Sims 3: Pets, which appeared in 6th, while Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One had a disappointing first-week showing, appearing down in 24th. Dance Central 2 was equally disappointing for Microsoft, as the Kinect-based follow-up could only muster up enough week-one sales to debut in 40th.
