UK Charts: FIFA 12 Starts 2012 On Top
FIFA 12 has started off 2012 as it ended 2011, at the top of the UK video game sales charts, which are compiled by GfK Chart-Track.
Battlefield 3 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 continued to duke it out for the next two spots, with Battlefield 3 coming out on top this time. In 4th, was Ubisoft's Just Dance 3, just ahead of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
Next up is Zumba Fitness, which is continuing to outsell its sequel, Zumba Fitness 2 (down in 12th). Clearly people are looking to lose some of the holiday weight they've gained, as Zumba Fitness was down in 19th last week, while Zumba Fitness 2 was down in 28th.
The remaining titles in the top 10 were Need for Speed: The Run, Saints Row: The Third, Rage and Assassin's Creed: Revelations.
