Wii Classic Controller Pro Coming to US With Monster Hunter Tri

Capcom and Nintendo have announced that the Wii Classic Controller Pro will be coming to North America. The controller, which up to now has been a Japanese exclusive, is a upgraded version of the original Wii Classic Controller released a few years ago, which features a second row of shoulder buttons and hand grips. Unlike the last iteration, the controller can now plug directly into the Wii Remote.
The controller will be bundled with Monster Hunter 3 Tri, the latest game in a series which has sold millions in Japan and has gained a sizable following in North America and Europe. Monster Hunter 3 Tri is set to be released this April.
As with the Japanese version, it will be available in both black and white. Only the black version will be available as part of a bundle with the game, those wanting the white version will have to buy the controller separately. The bundle, which includes the game and the controller, will retail for $59.99, and the controllers themselves will retail for $19.99. The game itself without the controller will retail for $49.99.
