World of Warcraft Cataclysm Expansion Revealed
Blizzard has officially revealed the newest World of Warcraft expansion, Cataclysm, at this year's Blizzcon. World of Warcraft is one of the world's most popular MMORPGs, with over 11 million subscribers.
The level cap has been increase to 85, along with two new races: Goblins for the Horde and Worgen for the Alliance. New race combinations are also added: Tauren Paladins, Human Hunters, and Night Elf Mages.
Instead of adding new areas, this expansion focuses on revamping existing areas, such as the Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms, as well as changing areas such as the devastated Badlands to the broken Barrens, which has been sundered in two. New high-level areas have also been added, and players can now use flying mounts to travel from area to area.
