Sony has revealed that Kratos will be making a triumphant return to PSP later this year in God of War: Ghost of Sparta. The game is being made by Ready At Dawn, the team who brought us Chains of Olympus, in close collaboration with Sony Santa Monica. Story wise, Sony has said little except that it takes place after the events of the original God of War, with Kratos proving himself to the other gods.
Sony Computer Entertainment America's Eric Levine said: "I can also tell you from first-hand experience that we are pushing the limits of what PSP can do with state-of-the-art visual technologies, higher resolution environments, and greater depths of scale. We're also providing over 25 percent more gameplay, an improved weapon system, and new magical powers "” all enjoyed anytime, anywhere."
