Natsume, the publisher most well known for publishing the Harvest Moon series in North America, has just announced that they are brining the recent Lufia II DS remake to North America as Lufia: Curse of the Sinistrals.
A remake of Lufia II: Rise of the Sinistrals, Estpolis: The Lands Cursed by the Gods (as it was known in Japan) featured an entirely new gameplay element by changing the gameplay from an traditional RPG to an action RPG. The remake also modified many of the original plot points in the game to make for a more coherent story.
Natsume has yet to announced a release date for Lufia: Curse of the Sinistrals, instead telling fans to check back soon for more information. With E3 2010 only a few weeks away, it's likely the company will be releasing more information around the time of the event.
UPDATE (5/26): Natsume has announced more details about the game. It will be released this Fall for $29.99 on the Nintendo DS.
The publisher has also confirmed that the game will be present at E3 2010 in some form (the press release doesn't mention if it will be playable).
