Back in March, Atlus filed a trademark for Radiant Historia, leaving many to wonder what the company would be using it for since it didn't match any of the current game series the company had developed. Today, thanks to the newest issue of Famitsu, we now know what it's being used for.
The latest issue of Famitsu reveals that Radiant Historia is a Nintendo DS title being developed by Atlus which includes some of the staff from Square Enix and tri-Ace's Radiata Stories. Hiroshi Konishi, the lead artist from Radiata Stories, is reprising his role, and one of Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey's staffers, Mitsuru Hirata, is the game's director.
Only a single scan has currently been leaked, which notes a November 4, 2010 release in Japan and that the game will have the characters leap back and forth in time. No other information has currently been released.
