Heavy Rain And Batman Swoop In To Win Develop Awards

Developers Quantic Dream and Rocksteady were awarded some well-deserved awards at the Develop Awards event at Brighton. Quantic Dream's Heavy Rain grabbed Best New IP while Rocksteady's Batman: Arkham Asylum won Best Use of a License or IP. Quantic Dream and Rocksteady also went on to scoop up Best Independant Studio and Best In-House Studio respectively.

Both Heavy Rain and Batman have offered quite an experience with the former pushing boundaries between compelling storytelling and gameplay and the latter probably being the best game based on a comic license to date.

The Develop Awards is an event that celebrates the best of European developers. Congratulations to both Quantic Dream and Rocksteady for their wins.
