In an update to game's official website, Nintendo has just released a new trailer for The Last Story, a cooperative effort between the company and Mistwalker, a Japanese video game developer most known for being headed by Hironobu Sakaguchi, the creator of Final Fantasy.
From the trailer, we can see that the game uses a real-time battle system, which uses weapons such as swords and bows, as well as including a cover system to evade attacks (similar to an FPS). The other parts of the trailer cover a town, which can be freely-roamed, as well as the game's cinematics, which are quite impressive for a Wii title.
The trailer lists a 2010 release date frame for Japan. No word has been given on an international release of the game.
