If you haven't already noticed, CEO of Activision Bobby Kotick has been taking rather nasty shots at West and Zampella's "betrayal" as well as rival company EA, saying "great people don't want to work there."

EA have quickly responded to Kotick's attacks, "Kotick's relationship with studio talent is well documented in litigation," said an EA rep to CVG.

"His company is based on three game franchises - one is a fantastic persistent world he had nothing to do with; one is in steep decline; and the third is in the process of being destroyed by Kotick's own hubris."

In other news, Kotick also called out Tim Schafer, explaining the entire hoo-hah with Brutal Legend was due to it being a "poor" game.
