Visceral Games have revealed that they are currently not working on a sequel for the hack n' slash crusade that is Dante's Inferno and that there are no immediate plans to get the ball rolling.
Speaking with Joystiq, Visceral's Zach Mumbach discussed the possibility of returning to the remainding epic poems of Dante Alighieri's Divine Comedy, Purgatory and Paradiso.
"I'm sure that if enough people are like, 'I got 60 dollars for Purgatory or Paradiso,' then we would make that game. But I don't know. I don't get to make those decisions,"
Mumbach also discussed about the type of work environment with EA, saying that they've been really good and there hasn't really been any pressure on the work they do.
"I think they do a real good job. I've never felt like, 'We should be doing this, but EA is making us do that.' Especially since JR's come on board [CEO John Riccitiello]. JR's like 'Make good games. I need good games, give me good games."
