Call of Duty: Black Ops has successfully maintained its top sales position in the UK charts by holding off competition from Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood and Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit.

The two new arrivals meant that FIFA 11 and Just Dance 2 fell down two places, while Kinect Sports, last week's number four, fell down to 9th.

Other fallers were Fallout: New Vegas, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II and Medal of Honor.
