Namco Bandai has revealed that their big new IP of 2010, Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, performed much worse than they had initially expected. In fact, it has so far failed to sell more than 500,000 units.
According to Namco Bandai's money report, the game has managed to sell 460,000 copies worldwide, but it's currently unclear whether or not the IP will continue to grow.
Ninja Theory has always been open to the possibility and Namco Bandai has also not definitely said no. But if a sequel was to be made, clearly something will need to be improved.
