Valve has revealed that Portal 2 will be fully supported by PlayStation Move, but it isn't properly integrated yet.
Speaking on the German PlayStation Blog, Chet Faliszek from Valve also described the addition of Move as "compensation" for the Left 4 Dead franchise appearing exclusively on the Xbox 360.
"So the move to the PlayStation 3 comes late - we're sorry for that. As a small compensation we have PS3-exclusive cloud saving, a free code for PC and complete PlayStation Move support.
"Look at it as a compensation for Left 4 Dead," he added.
At E3 2010, Valve boss Gabe Newell stated that Portal 2 would be best experienced on a PS3, as opposed to an Xbox 360, and it seems as though they're doing everything to make sure that holds true.
UPDATE: Valve has got in contact with us to let us know that Portal 2 will NOT be supporting PlayStation Move. It appears that the quote from the German PlayStation Blog was misunderstood.
