Gearbox Deny Duke Nukem Forever Delay Trickery

Yesterday, Gearbox Studios announced that Duke Nukem Forever would again be delayed, but Randy Pitchford, the boss over at Gearbox, has denied that the recent delay to Duke Nukem Forever is simply a trick.

"No trick - we believed May when we announced it," Pitchford said. "There is always uncertainty and we use experience and trends to help us be predictive. We are not perfect when it comes to predicting uncertain outcomes, but we are perfect at being committed to our goals and working relentlessly towards them."

The game was originally planned for a May release, but it will now arrive on the 10th of June internationally, with a 14th of June release in North America.
