Insomniac Games, the developer behind the Resistance franchise and Ratchet & Clank, has stated that they have no real interest in developing for Sony's upcoming NGP.

When speaking to Kotaku at their community event, Insomniac's community manager James Stevenson said the studio is "totally focused on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360."

With regards to the NGP, Stevenson said it's "probably not something we would develop in-house." But they are willing to support other developers, like Nihilistic Software, who're working on the Resistance game for NGP.

Insomniac are currently developing Resistance 3 and Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One. Both are due out exclusively on the PS3 at the end of this year. They've also signed a deal with EA to develop a title for PS3 and Xbox 360.
