Portable gaming just got a lot more affordable as the price of the PSPgo has dropped quite significantly, following the price drop of the PSP only a week ago.

Only a week after Sony slashed the price of the PSP from $169.99 to $129.99, the electronics giant has continued the momentum by dropping the price of the PSPgo as well. Now only $149.99, the PSPgo is Sony PlayStation's UMD-less portable gaming device for those that prefer digital downloads.

"Now you can enjoy the sleek, totally-digital PSP®go system for $149.99 MSRP and the unsurpassed PSP-3000 system for $129.99 MSRP. Same great features, now at incredible values," reads the official PlayStation site. Retailers have yet to reflect the change in price in their listings. In addition, Sony PlayStation have also reduced the cost of new releases to $29.99, and their Greatest Hits listings to $19.99
