Ubisoft has decided to bow to public pressure and block the release of its rather provocative party game for the Nintendo Wii and PS3, We Dare, in the UK.
The trailer for the game encouraged players to be rather naughty, suggesting that they should spank each other and kiss fellow players. However, despite this, PEGI rated the game 12+, stating that on face value, the game had no adult content.
Ubisoft also placed a "parental guidance" sticker on the box, but this wasn't enough to appease the masses of angry parents who had lobbied against the title. The game won't be releasing in North America either, but the rest of Europe didn't have a problem with it.
