Capcom and Namco Bandai have apparently entered into agreement not to interfere with the Street Fighter and Tekken crossovers. The games were recently revealed last year at the 2010 San Diego Comic-Con to much hullabaloo.

"When we first decided to go ahead with this project we agreed not to interfere with each other at all!" producer of Street Fighter x Tekken Yoshinori Ono said to The Guardian. "So Namco Bandai has no say in anything we do in Street Fighter x Tekken and vice versa for Tekken x Street Fighter "” we have no idea what that's going to look like and we cannot object to whatever Namco does!"

"If they go down the Dead or Alive route and Chun-Li comes out rather sexy, we STILL can't say anything!" Ono jokingly added.

Ono also revealed that his plans were to make the fighting genre far more accessible to a wider audience. Super Street Fighter IV: 3D Edition was a major milestone in that regard, as was the release of the Nintendo 3DS.
