This week's Media Create sales charts show that Sony's PlayStation Portable has outsold Nintendo's new console, the Nintendo 3DS, for a second consecutive week.

For the week that ended on the 10th of April, Sony's console managed to shift 35,478 units, while the 3DS only managed to sell 32,910 units - not the start Nintendo would have been hoping for.

The DS, which previously provided strong competition for the PSP, isn't selling particularly well either with sales of all units combined totally around the 16,000 mark.
