According to an image which is doing the rounds on the internet at the moment, PlayStation 3 owners may have exclusive content in the form of the "Consul's Car Traffic Case" when Rockstar/Team Bondi's L.A. Noire arrives in late May.
Both Amazon and GameStop have updated their box art images for the PS3 version of the game, which also indicate that some sort of PS3-only goodies are in-bound. However, they don't mention the content specifically the way the image does. Rockstar has apparently acknowledged the content does exist in some form and that it will be detailed at a later date.
It should be noted that L.A. Noire was originally a PS3 exclusive, set to be published by Sony themselves when it began development. The promise of exclusive content could have been a part of the deal to hand the title over to Rockstar, allowing them to take it multiplatform.
L. A. Noire releases on May 17 in the North America and May 20 in the UK on the PS3 and Xbox 360.
