Ghost Recon: Future Soldier Delayed To 2012

Ubisoft announced this morning in a financial report that Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Future Soldier will not see the light of day until early 2012.

According to Ubi CEO Yves Guillemot, the delay is a result of a jam-packed holiday release where monolithic hits like the expected Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, as well as Battlefield 3 and Assassin's Creed: Revelations are bound for release.

In addition, a number of projects were cancelled due to "major changes in the industry." Gulliemot also noted expanding Ubi's casual offerings like Just Dance to the PlayStation Move and Microsoft's Kinect.
